After you’ve contacted a local retailer, you might tour a new manufactured home and think “I really didn’t want a farmhouse style in the kitchen…” We have eliminated that problem by allowing our customers who are ordering a customizable manufactured home to change the décor style from farmhouse to contemporary, classic and more. With our personalization tool, customers can also select the color of the interior, exterior, and even the type of flooring in package selections. Getting the home you want and need on the front end helps to keep you from doing unnecessary “fix” work on the back end.

Additional Costs

Additional costs for installing and finishing your home will be provided by your local retailer. Below is a list of some typical cost items that your retailer will discuss with you. List is for illustrative purposes only. Contact your retailer for a full list of additional costs.

• Permits, taxes, and fees 
• Foundation 
• Installation and trim out of home 
• Utility connections (water/well, sewer/septic, power, natural gas/propane) 
• Site built additions such as garages, porches, and decks 
• Any HVAC equipment needed to be installed once the home has been set 
• Grading, concrete flatwork, and landscaping 
• Required upgrades to comply with local requirements such as energy efficiency, snow loads, and wind loads
