Search our website or find local sales centers near you to see the manufactured homes in person and gather information on features and options.
Step 2: Budget
Determine your budget and financing options. Consider factors such as down payment, loan terms, and monthly payments.
From pre-approval through closing, your local Champion retailer has the expertise to guide you through the financing process. They’ll be able to provide you with local and national banks, and the credit unions they have experience with and explain the different types of loan programs available.
Once your financing is in place, your retailer will review your final option and décor selections and proceed with ordering your home.
Step 3: Site Selection
Choose a suitable location for your manufactured home, whether it's a private lot, a manufactured home community, or a leased land option. Consider factors such as proximity to work, schools, amenities, and the overall community
Step 4: Customization
Your local retailer will work with you to customize your manufactured home to your specifications. Select floor plans, finishes, and additional features that suit your lifestyle. Retailers will guide you through the options to ensure your home meets your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Purchase and Installation
Once you finalize your purchase, your home will be scheduled for production. While your home is being built, you local retailer will coordinate the delivery of your manufactured home to your chosen site and oversee the installation process to ensure everything is set up correctly and ready for you to move in.
