The Highland is a multi-section home built at our Sugarcreek, OH, manufacturing facility. It has an abundance of appealing features like an endwall entry, porch, fireplace, kitchen island, entertainment center, office/flex room, laundry room, and walk-in shower in the primary suite. Plus, it’s garage-ready if you want to add a garage or carport to the home.

You’ll enjoy sipping your coffee or reading a book on the cozy front porch, which has room for a table and chairs. Accent light fixtures on the front of the home add a touch of style, and you’ll notice there are plenty of electrical outlets on the Highland’s exterior.

The Highland has an attractive and unique design. When you walk in the home, you’re first greeted by an office or flex space and the dining room directly after. This room has a stunning entertainment center that includes an electric fireplace and a marble-look feature wall. Wood accent beams match the floating shelves in the entertainment center and tie together the cohesive design. And three large windows flood the room with light. 

You can easily fit a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, which features two large windows and an accent wall in a calming beige tone. The walk-in closet has shelving and four cubbies for storing shoes, bags, or accessories. There’s even a transom window in the closet for a touch of natural light while you’re getting ready.
