One of the highlights of the year is the Louisville Manufactured Housing Show, the premier event for the manufactured housing industry featuring the latest in home designs, unique amenities, and cutting-edge technology. The 2025 show, which was January 15-17, featured 12 Champion homes. In celebration of the show, we’re highlighting five brand-new models for 2025 we debuted at the event.
1. Bay Springs C804
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this 1,001-square-foot manufactured home is ideal for retirees or young families. The living room offers seating for four, and the kitchen island has bar seating for three. The eye-catching kitchen showcases beautiful gray cabinets, stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances, and a unique brick-look backsplash. The walk-in pantry is a true showstopper with a wet bar, beverage fridge, additional cabinets, and lots of shelving.
The primary bedroom is situated away from the main living space for extra privacy, and a double vanity and linen closet area are included in the primary bathroom. A space for a side-by-side washer-dryer hookup is located right next to the primary bedroom for convenience on laundry day.
2. Little Sky
If you want open concept living, the 1,600 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom Little Sky is the home for you. The expansive main living space in this manufactured home is ideal for entertaining guests. The living room features an entertainment center, electric fireplace, and plenty of space for a sectional couch.
In the kitchen, you’ll find a large island that’s ideal for gathering with bar seating for four. A sliding glass door off the kitchen offers easy access to the outdoors. Additional standout features include the walk-in shower in the primary bathroom and a multi-functional flex space you can use as an office or playroom.
3. APS-527B-SL
This eye-catching unit represents park model living at its finest. Every element was carefully chosen to maximize the square footage in this 399-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom model. Starting in the living room, you’ll love the entertainment center with an electric fireplace. This space flows right into the dining area and the gorgeous kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a beverage station, and stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances.
In the bedroom, don’t miss the shiplap accent wall and sliding barn door closets. The home is complete with a loft area and optional covered front porch. A white-and-gray color scheme is carried throughout the exterior and interior of the home for a cohesive look.
4. Casa Grande
The Casa Grande is true to its name at 2,053 square feet with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This manufactured home was designed for spaciousness from the open concept main living space to the large primary bathroom. The focal point of the home is the living room featuring a stunning wood entertainment center set off by windows with beautiful white grids. Matching wood accent beams give a homey and cohesive feel.
This home also has a huge walk-in shower and a soaker tub in the primary bathroom. The Casa Grande also features a roomy walk-in closet in the primary bathroom, a large walk-in pantry in the kitchen, and a bonus den space off the secondary bedrooms.
5. Pike
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom Pike redefines cozy as a 546-square-foot tiny home. This manufactured home has a cottage-like feel, and every detail was thoughtfully selected to make maximum use of the space.
Don’t be deceived by its small footprint – the open concept main living space has a designated dining area, and the living room offers seating for five.
