That’s why we developed the following six-step process: to leverage our offsite construction solutions to help protect your investment and ensure your customers get their dream homes.

Step 1: Need Definition

During this step, we work closely with you to understand your project needs, determine styles, define a timeline, and assign your factory contact. Success begins with close collaboration, and our collaboration begins here.

Step 2: Factory Engagement

At this stage, your assigned manufacturing facility assists with floor plan selections, helps establish the décor and finishes, reviews costs, and arranges for production timeline scheduling.

Step 3: Site Prep

This step includes your preparations for the home’s delivery and includes:

1. Clearing the site
2. Grading the land
3. Ensuring site access
4. Making utility preparations
5. Prepping the foundation
6. Coordinating arrival and unit placement details with your designated manufacturing facility

Step 4: Delivery

Our construction timeline is concurrent with your site prep efforts. This means that this step—delivery and installation of the development homes—immediately follows your site preparation.

Step 5: Close Up

At this point, we bring the home modules together and finish interior and exterior detailing functionally and efficiently.

Step 6: Final Finish

Once your home sections are delivered, dried in, and secured, your trade contractors take over to complete the  home. Most of these finishing efforts are similar to those in the  traditional construction process, including interior finish, exterior work, punch work, utility connect, and landscaping.
