Why Is the Napa Valley So Popular on Chance’s Home World?

November 15, 2024

Fan-favorite YouTube channel Chance’s Home World is back showcasing another brand new Champion home! You won’t be able to get enough of the Napa Valley, a 1,488-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

This mid-sized home is perfect for a young couple starting out. It’s also fantastic for empty nesters who are ready to downsize but need space for visits from grandchildren. Retired individuals and couples will love that the layout is easier to maintain and faster to clean than larger homes.

Showcasing a combination of modern and traditional elements, the Napa Valley evokes the same sense of enjoyment and relaxation its name suggests.

Watch the first-look video tour on Chance’s Home World, and see for yourself why it’s so popular with 70K views and counting.

As a modular home, the Napa Valley is built in a factory setting according to state building codes, and it can be built on top of a foundation. It offers the options of having a basement or second story.

Napa Valley

Exterior

The Napa Valley has highly durable LP® Siding with options for customization, plus standout black windows with black trim. You’ll appreciate the two exterior entrances to the home, providing easy in-and-out access to your yard, driveway, or garage. The front entrance leads into the living room, and the side door is connected to the laundry room.

Living Room

One of the main things you’ll notice when you watch the tour of the Napa Valley is the well-crafted floorplan. It feels like there’s enough square footage in each room without going over-the-top with space.

When you walk inside the home, the entry area with floor-to-ceiling brown shiplap will catch your eye. Coat hooks are included for easy grab-and-go on busy days. It’s not very common to have a designated entry area in a house that’s this size, but you’ll find it in the Napa Valley!

The heart of the home is the open concept layout with understated rustic design. The brown flooring with a wood-like look complements the shiplap entry area and entertainment center. The same flooring is used in the kitchen and laundry room for a consistent aesthetic.

Continuing the earthy style, the entertainment area has a shiplap feature wall with space for a large TV and two sets of light-toned wood cabinets. This two-toned combination is a sneak preview of what’s to come in the kitchen. And don’t miss the inventive pull-out charging station where you can hide your outlets when you’re not using them!

Sunlight pours in through the set of three windows, and the elegant white window trim matches the white floorboards in each room of the home.

Kitchen

In the Napa Valley’s kitchen, modern and traditional elements combine to create a beautiful space where you’ll spend hours with friends and family.

The most unique feature of the home is the huge kitchen island. Why is it so big? It doubles as a kitchen table! You’ll have lots of space for enjoying family meals, preparing dinner, cooling baked goods, and spreading out for kids’ homework sessions.

On the back of the island, a couple more hidden features await. A spice rack and slide-out storage area for cookie sheets are cleverly tucked by the pull-out microwave.

Two-tone cabinets throughout the kitchen add a unique touch and complement the flooring. The elegant off-white backsplash across the prep area enhances the traditional look.

You’ll love the floor-to-ceiling cabinets on both sides of the kitchen—use them as a pantry or extra storage area. The kitchen also features Whirlpool® appliances and a Lazy Susan tucked into the corner of the cabinetry.

Primary Bedroom & Bathroom

You’ll love the view from the large windows in the primary bedroom. A king-sized bed comfortably fits with plenty of space for a nightstand on either side. As you enter the walk-in closet through the barn door, you’ll be surprised by the cabinet area for storing linens, purses, or clothes.

When you step into the en-suite bathroom, the gigantic walk-in shower will wow you. The black-and-white marble-look tiles add drama to the luxurious-feeling bathroom. Plus, these PVC composite tiles are grout-free and easier to clean than ceramic shower tiles.

If storage is your priority, you’ll love the double vanity—have you ever seen this many drawers in a vanity? The top-to-bottom storage means you’ll never run out of space for toiletries and makeup! Two black-accented mirrors and matte black pulls on the cabinets add a touch of modern style complementing the shower.

Napa Valley Bathroom

Additional Bedrooms & Bathroom

The second and third bedrooms are situated away from the primary suite for privacy and separation from kids’ or grandchildren’s rooms. Both bedrooms have nice-sized closets that you won’t typically find in secondary bedrooms.

When you turn the corner into the additional bathroom, you’ll realize this isn’t your average hall bathroom! The shower-tub combination has beautiful tile in a standout light gray tone made of the same PVC composite material as the easy-to-clean, grout-free tile in the primary bathroom. The medium-toned wood cabinets with matte black pulls match the floor-to-ceiling kitchen cabinets.

Napa Valley Laundry

Laundry Room

Washing, drying, and folding will be simple in the Napa Valley’s laundry room. It’s situated right off of the kitchen so you can easily change out a load while you’re preparing dinner. There’s a hookup for a side-by-side washer/dryer, countertop and sink with green accent tiles, floating shelves, and cabinets for storing cleaning products. The exterior entrance provides easy access to the side of the home and opens up possibilities for making the laundry room a mudroom.
