Another one of our homes went viral! This time, it’s a tiny home. The TikTok house tour of the APS 527B from our influencer, Bresha, has 3.2 million views and counting!

This incredible tiny home is 399 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom. It has gorgeous cathedral ceilings in the main living space, an electric fireplace, full-sized Whirlpool® kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer area, and a full-sized shower. When you walk inside, you’ll go right into the living room, where you’ll find one of Bresha’s favorite things about her tiny home — the built-in electric fireplace. The entertainment center has eight cabinets for storing books, blankets, and more. Plus, it has enough room for a large TV. In the living room, you can easily fit a couch for two and an accent chair.

One of the most striking aspects of the APS 527B is the gorgeous windows on the front and sides of the home. They were one of the things that sold Bresha on this model. The middle window even reaches the peak of the cathedral ceiling! 

There’s crown molding throughout the main living space, and a modern ceiling fan gives you an extra boost of airflow. We also love that the same flooring is used throughout the entire first floor.

Bresha said the first thing people say when they walk in her house is they can’t believe she has full-sized appliances! The APS 527B comes with full-sized stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances including a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. And don’t miss the large farmhouse sink!

Did you ever think a tiny home kitchen could have 12 cabinets? This one does! You won’t be missing out on storage space with these cabinets and four drawers next to the refrigerator. 

The kitchen counter is thoughtfully extended for a small dining area, where you can fit a stool underneath. The window above the sink is perfectly placed for when you’re washing dishes. And the entire prep area comes with a sleek tile backsplash. Five kitchen outlets are also included with this model.

After the kitchen, you’ll see the bathroom on the right side. Bresha said it was really important to her to have a full-sized shower! She also loves that the bathroom wall has enough space for a nice-sized mirror.

The single vanity has counter space and two cabinets for bonus storage. Plus, a small window will let in natural light while you’re getting ready in the morning. 

Down the hall from the bathroom is the washer/dryer area. You can put a stackable washer/dryer here, or you can get a washer/dryer combo and use the rest of the space for storage like Bresha does.

Across from the washer/dryer area is — guess what — more storage! You can customize this space with floor-to-ceiling cabinets, or you can make it a beverage station with counter space and fewer cabinets. 

At the end of the hall is the bedroom. It’s a flexible space — Bresha uses it as her beauty room! There’s lots of room for clothes in the two closets. In between, there’s a small vanity area with counter space and four large drawers. Bresha was also able to fit a comfy oversized chair and a full-sized vanity in her beauty room.

If you’re using it as a bedroom, there’s enough space for a full-sized bed and a nightstand. The mini split on the wall will keep you warm on winter nights or cool on hot summer days. 

As you walk upstairs from the living room, you’ll find the loft. This is where Bresha’s dog likes to hang out. Since Bresha has her beauty room downstairs, she uses the loft as her bedroom — she said she has plenty of room and doesn’t hit her head when she sits up in bed! This approximately 14’3” x 9’6” space has two windows, and it can also be used as a den or storage area.

The thoughtfully designed exterior showcases the beautiful windows throughout the home. Many of the exterior colors for this model are customizable, and Bresha’s house is white with black trim, white windows, and a white door. You also have the option of adding an 11’2’ x 6” front porch.
