The video was posted by Bresha, a Champion Homes influencer, showing her tiny home arrive at her property in Texas. Her beautiful home, the APS 527B from Champion Park Models and Cabins, is 399 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom.
Tiny homes like Bresha’s are delivered to the buyer’s land by semi-truck. In preparation for delivery day, Bresha had space cleared on her property for her future home and driveway, and the land was leveled out with a six-inch thick layer of dirt for home setting.
When the semi-truck arrived, Bresha got to decide where her home would go on the prepared land. After the location was chosen, the house was driven onto her property using a Bobcat machine. The delivery team hooked up the Bobcat to the tiny house, and they used a remote control to direct the tiny house to the final site.
